Noli

Noli is the one and only shopkeeper NPC in Pwned by 14:00, selling artifacts relating to each character and also skins for characters.

Appearance

Noli is a regular Robloxian, having a black skin tone and having a purple shinning eye on his left side of his face. He has his icon Void Star hat on, as well as a broken tragedy mask. He wears fancy purple attire, consisting of a purple bowtie and butler vest, with a white shirt underneath. He has both black sleeves, and fully black pants on.

Shop

His Shop is located down stairs in the Lobby, going to his stand will let you chit chat with Noli saying several random lines, these can change depending there being a black out, where he becomes anxious.

Personality

Noli is sarcastic, making mean-spirited jokes about all Survivors and Entities, however, he shows concern towards Guest 666 and turns anxious during black outs.

He is also quite wise, having information on Survivors and Entities, which he uses to make the aforementioned jokes.

Relationships

Noli has a neutral stance on the Survivors, and heavily disliking if not most of the Entities working with Spirit.

While not showing it at first, Noli cares for the people around him, especially Guest 666 after Spirit almost got the kid to be on his side. He deeply cares about him, mentioning the Player to be careful with him and to be careful with his diet.
